Welcome to the Corkran Memorial United Methodist Church website.  I am delighted that you have chosen to take the time to explore our site. The simple purpose of our site is to introduce you to who we are as a community. We are community of people who are committed to faithfully seeking God’s best for ourselves, our friends and families, the communities we live in and the world.

We are a people of FIRE – Fervent Intention demonstrated through Restorative hope, love and Engagement. As a community of people committed to following Jesus, we strive to encounter the restorative hope and love that has been made known to us by Him. With that, we worship him with vigor and joy. We serve with the intention of being a source of light in a lonely world.  We reach out to be of support to those who need someone to walk beside them and to do life with them.

Our hope is that all will feel loved and welcomed at Corkran. Once here, we pray that people will meet God and as a result of meeting God, give their lives to Jesus Christ. We want that for you. Come as you are. Check us out, but more importantly, seek the truth of God.

We have worked hard to give you a glimpse of our ministry, but we believe the best way to discover the heart of a church family is by spending time with its people. Once you do this, we’re convinced that you will find everything that you’re looking for and much more. God is doing some very exciting things in the hearts and lives of the people who call Corkran their church home. So, come and discover Corkran for yourself! Who knows… it could change your life!

We hope to see you soon!
